Each workshop will focus on one level of the Pyramid: Personal, People, Practice, Patient, and Profession. We will conclude in person at Fiesta NMDA 2026 at Hotel Albuquerque. If we are to lead, heal, and inspire, we must first care for ourselves. Mental health must no longer be a quiet afterthought in our profession - it should be a part of our everyday conversation.
